F2Pool appears to be censoring txs involving an OFAC sanctioned address. Something to consider when deciding where to point your miners; join forces with the spineless cucks and shit on free speech or sound off like you have a pair and let freedom reign. Your hash, your choice.
My miningpool-observer project recently reported six OFAC-sanctioned transactions as missing from blocks.
Four of these transactions were likely filtered by F2Pool. This is the first filtering based on OFAC sanctions I've seen.

Well, I fucked up. Apparently there was an entirely different document for a whole other set of utility bill line items. ~$0.13/kWh will be the all-in rate. Much rekt.
No way out but to go through it at this point. Fucking YOLO ✌
It took another 7 weeks for the utility company to install the new pole and 75kva transformer. The rate I negotiated was ~$0.05/kWh all-in plus the pole & transformer were free; so I want to say that it pays to double check every detail, even if it takes 29 weeks.
