This is Trump talking about two Black female members of Congress, one of whom is an immigrant. If any other president, Bush, Reagan, had said this, it would be a huge scandal. We have accepted/normalized his relentless and open anti-Black racism and xenophobia.
Trump: "I look at Crockett -- this is a very low IQ person. And I look at somebody who comes from Somalia where they don't have anything. All they have is crime."

Go on then. Produce a list
Now the BBC has got rid of its two main executives for permitting the spread of inaccurate and misleading coverage, will it move on to getting rid of all the journalists and producers who actually originated the lies, propaganda, ‘errors’ and deliberate or accidental calumnies?

"There are methods of correction that need to be looked at again." Baroness Debbonaire, former shadow culture secretary, says the BBC 'undoubtedly' has things it needs to change, but the broadcaster is 'one of the most treasured aspects' of the UK. #R4Today

’Media lawyers are saying the BBC should fight this in court.’ @jonsopel and @ShelaghFogarty discuss why the BBC might be able to win a legal battle against Trump.

Two of the most shameful figures in the current democratic world. Both are big supporters of terrorist Russia and admirers of the criminal and murderer Putin. And both hate the true leader Zelensky.

Is Donald Trump seriously trying to claim he didn't urge an insurrection to overturn the democratic outcome of the 2020 US presidential election? OK, let's test that one in court.

We spent millions in taxpayer money so the Royal Family could parade Trump around in a golden carriage like some sort of visiting emperor. And now he’s threatening to sue the BBC for a billion. This country loves embarrassing itself for the wrong men.

🚨HOLY COW: Trump just went on a nonsensical rant repeating that he doesn’t think he’ll go to heaven when he dies. Go figure - the president who wants to strip food from millions thinks he’s burning in hell. I agree with him.

Gibb should never have been appointed to the board in the first place; unsuited to the role - a purely political appointee.
New: BBC employees in open revolt about Robbie Gibb on all-staff call this morning. BBC chair Samir Shah said attacks on board members are "disrespectful" and shut down talk of a Conservative coup as "fanciful."

Your backer Bamford's company — JCB, turned over £6.5 billion in its last return. They are, allegedly, liable for an outstanding half a billion pound debt to HMRC. Great example to pick for working people who can't make ends meet. Farage — an elite pretending not to be.
Thank you to @JCBmachines for their donation to Reform UK. They know our party backs small business.

He's the same ISIS leader who orchestrated suicide bombings, mass-casualty attacks, and killed U.S. troops—but put him in a suit, call him “interim president,” suddenly he’s magically absolved of it all. From terrorist to ally—America’s favorite plot twist.

A poor edit, I agree. But Are you saying, Spud, that Trump didn’t say he was going to fight to overthrow the 2020 election on Jan 6 - and many times before and since. ?
Not surprising to find this particular hack aiding and abetting the BBC lie machine. The case for purging the BBC builds and builds.

Anyone surprised I say the UK has the best - BUT also the worst - media in Europe👇 didn't see @ITV 's truly shocking "The Real Hack" last night and no other country has mass circulation papers day in, day out whipping up the front-page xenophobia like The Mail, The Express etc
I spent 35 yrs covering media all over Europe The UK has the best and the worst (its gutter press) Even though it makes mistakes (like all broadcasters) the BBC is the best. It should fight, not cave in because if populists get their way, the UK will end up with only the worst
