#ACGCRJ Image of the Month! 77M with prior thigh liposarcoma presented with severe anemia from occult GIB. 📅 1 yr ago: EGD → multiple benign gastric ulcers (-ve biopsies). 📅 Now: Repeat EGD → large ulcerated “volcano-like” gastric masses. 🔬 Biopsy → metastatic liposarcoma.

Great study!! Have been noticing this trend for the past 5-10 years. It certainly wasn’t the case 15-20 years ago. What could explain this? Feels like a “new” disease in the last decade.
