@SalihSamo @MN_GIMD Agree 💯! Goal is to create mucosal disruption. If you start with a small balloon and go up 3 mm, but dont see a disruption, keep pushing. Their is no data behind 3mm in one session. Also, Maloney > balloon due to longitudinal shearing and we often miss strictures elsewhere.
