Labour’s Neighbourhood Policing Guarantee means there will be a police officer there for you when things go wrong. The Crime and Policing Bill will make our communities safer but when a crime does occur there will now be a named officer to contact in every neighbourhood.

🙌🏽 Yes! Beckton Meadows is finally open! Full of gloriously gorgeous wildflowers, and part of our Beckton Parks masterplan programme. 🌺🪻 Well done @CllrMirajPatel & @CllrSarahRuiz + our brilliant @NewhamLondon environment team here at the council. 👌🏽
Great to be at Folkestone Road depot talking to Public Realm staff and thanking them for their service! Followed by the opening of the Beckton Meadows, apart of the Beckton Parks Masterplan. This will transform the area and enhance its ecology and sustainability. Very excited!
