#Herbarium cabinets being dismantled. It's amazing how much dust can accumulate between closely stacked cabinets - how does it get in there? @Nat_SCA @TheBotanics The cabinets will help @TheBotanics manage their growing collection now that we've moved to Solander boxes. #reuse

We have separated these ferns from the general collection to help minimise wear and tear. They are mounted on paper rather than card.

#AdventBotany #AdventBooks Day 18 Chosen by Julie Hawkins @ReadingBioSci Plant Form has surprisingly little in the way of reviews, I don't think this one does it justice: https://t.co/cxs78N2QRM Further plant morphology links at https://t.co/bvaKaQWJNj 2/2

#AdventBotany Day 18 Chosen by Julie Hawkins @ReadingBioSci Adrian Bell's 'Plant Form. An Illustrated Guide to Flowering Plant Morphology' is top of my planty books list. It's a beautiful book and an inspiration for anyone wanting to take a closer look at plant morphology. 1/2
