Ghost orchids! Named for appearance & seasonal Halloween! Epipogium aphyllum totally relies on mycorrhiza, fungi around tree roots, for nutrition. Europe and Asia. Dendrophytax lindenii, epiphyte, no leaves but photosynthetic roots. Cuba & Florida only. Both dramatic!! #BUC2026
