Last day #RCPsychIC and in the SAS Lounge we had a great session on Specialist roles, with Specialist Psychiatrists @egan_louis3500 and her Medical Director @helencrimlisk. It's been a wonderful 4 days of learning &reconnecting. Thank you to all who attended and contributed.
Rounded off a fantastic week at #RCPsychIC25 by giving a talk on alternative pathways, resilience and strength. In the midst of a workforce crisis, surely now is the time to finally realise the untapped potential of our amazing SAS Psychiatrists. @rcpsych @RCPsychSASdocs
