Yesterday, we were back at the Healthy Orange Farmers Market 🍊in Newburgh, NY. We gave information about pathways for release and how we’re fighting to free our elders. There was hope for freedom and an opportunity to grab some fresh fruits & veggies! 🥬🥕🍎✊🏽

According to NYSDOCCS, 68 people have died in NY prisons in 2025. The state doesn't disclose these deaths in real time. Even families often learn about them from incarcerated people. A bill awaiting action by Gov. Hochul would require prompt disclosure. She should sign it.

GETTING STARTED: We’re holding a procession to the NY Senate, Assembly & Gov’s office for vigils + speakouts in honor of the 75 New Yorkers who died in prison since guards murdered Robert Brooks, and those who continue to die in prison every 2.5 days because lawmakers won’t act.
