With great sadness we have lost William Harkness. Consultant at Queen Square from 1991-2004, he was an internationally renowned epilepsy surgeon. Co-founder of Intersurgeon and former President of the ISPN. He will be very much missed by us all.

Genetics and Observational Subarachnoid Haemorrhage (GOSH) Study investigators have published interesting findings to predict Long-Term Functional Outcome After Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
The Knosp-Steiner classification describes tumor invasion of the cavernous sinus and is based on encasement of the carotid artery from the medial intercarotid line (grade 0) to beyond the lateral intercarotid line (grade 3). Grade 4 is full encasement.
