Our patients can undergo ultrasound surgery using a cutting-edge ‘histotripsy machine’ thanks to a generous donation to @Cambridge_Uni from @LKSF. Histotripsy uses pulsed sound waves, avoiding radiation, or the need for surgery, in cancer patients.
