@Taralam00387142 @xolisajane I did 19 years in NHS and now 3 in ASC. There is lots of scope for development IF you get with the right employer. Try following @TheQNI @QNIIPC and keeping an eye on specialist practitioner courses which are rolling out. They also do a great, free transition workbook.
