So much to learn from French train companies. Local train 4 double decker coaches, clean, on time. Uk, @CrossCountryUK Penzance to Edinburgh last month , 4 single level coaches, arrived 58 minutes late and only halfway into the journey, dirty and so busy people sat on the floor

Train 58 minutes late into Plymouth and trains cancelled only a couple of hours ago as no staff, to Truro for next 3 hours @GWRHelp no offer of help. Taxis outside £150 and train manager won't help but 40 people stranded and 6 seater minibuses. @BBCSpotlight @Cornwall_LIVE
