Yes! I see this. Esp of trainees new in med academia- academics do not usually get away with current attitudes I’ve witnessed, but it’s a fora in which inappropriately expressed views are supported by the uninitiated, & if sufficiently unchecked can flourish. #RareEvent.
@mgtmccartney Are they an academic? This instinct I recognise so well and fear. "I am smart so my wonderful insight and instincts carry over into fields I am encountering for the first time. " Normal people don't get away with it, but the really confident ones can. .

Hugely disappointing to see that @JohnSwinney has removed #WellbeingEconomy from cabinet portfolios. If ever there was a time when such an approach was needed it is now.
