@danielelkeles @HelenMorganMP @KellyAmeneshoa @swoolnough A GP in the audience highlighted that some of her sickest patients are nurses. Nicola noted that many nurses spend long stretches - sometimes 12 hours at a time - constantly caring for patients, which contributes to burnout and ill-health. This needs to change.
