Yesterday was the third meeting of the APPG on #ProstateCancer. We looked at the work being done in Europe by the Praise-U project to encourage early detection and diagnosis through customised and risk-based screening programmes.

We visited Parliament this week to attend an event hosted by @MovemberUK and ran into @Mrpcampbell who stopped to join our call for an end to the routine use of the digital rectal exam – because a ‘finger up the bum’ is no longer a useful test for prostate cancer.
