Conservative-run Kensington & Chelsea council has saved £105,000 by replacing the Worlds End Estate's advice centre with an inferior service while spending £226,000 on a sculpture outside a new luxury development. That says it all.
My view on our Council: “RBKC is failing to serve the whole of Kensington fairly. While neighbouring Westminster extends free school meals and Hammersmith provides adult social care, RBKC continues to fail its residents and prioritise the wrong things”

It also dumped sewage today for 5 hours from other points in Chelsea and Fulham.
All after some overnight rain - and 13 years of this lax government.
