I really feel like we all missed that Beavis was the original poster child for trauma. Among other signs, he: 1) Clearly disassociated. 2) Was hyper-vigilant and stuck to the same routines. 3) Felt unsafe in the world as he frequently asked “Are you threatening me?”

Fear gets a voice, not a vote. #ImposterSyndrome, self-doubt, “what-ifs”, these things all are valid feelings to experience on your growth journey. Acknowledge them, ask them what it is they have to teach you, and move forward. Your path is ahead. Happy Growing! -M.
