Last week I attended the "Free Speech in Crisis" conference at @YaleLawSch hosted by @yaleisp. Of all the events I've been at for Yale ISP over the years, it was definitely one of the most timely and thought-provoking.

Very proud and lucky to be one of the 35 scholars who joined this Amicus on #TikTok spearheaded by @anupamchander. Great legal minds made this happen on a very tight schedule. I'll have more thoughts very soon on the issue. #SCOTUS

The TikTok ban is unconstitutional censorship. Period. Read the brief we joined on Friday with 7 other organizations in TikTok v. Garland explaining why: https://t.co/YRIsh8uvxt @ACLU @eff @ITIFdc @ppi @CenDemTech @fightfortheftr @publicknowledge

Countless movies and TV shows have depicted police hating paperwork, and if these pop culture representations are any indicator, we should anticipate AI-generated police reports to spread rapidly in 2025.
