I’ve finished working for the year and feeling quite reflective today. This year I’ve secured a promotion, starting the year with a team of 2 and ending with a team of 10! It’s provided me the opportunity to learn about my leadership and the environment I want to provide for them

We had our first Adults Transformation team meeting today. I asked the team what they would value from this time together every month, and what brings them joy at work so we keep this at the forefront of our minds working together. I feel lucky to be working in this team 🤩

I’ve had a couple of days collaborating in different spaces with the team to strengthen our improvement practice. Teaching, sharing and defining our ambition to grow and develop together. Love this stuff ❤️

Spent the day volunteering on the Quantocks with some of my team today! We were cutting and burning gorse with the @Quantockhills Beautiful day catching up but my bodies a little sore 😅 x
