This is both fascinating and weird- first Penny Mordaunt’s sword then the bracelet of sincerity. Waiting for the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch…

This morning, @GrahamSmith_ and 5 members of our team were arrested. Hundreds of placards were seized. Is this democracy? #NotMyKing #Coronation

Police arrest peaceful anti-monarchy protesters & have erected giant barriers to osbcure pro-republic banners. Right to freely protest suppressed. Shame!

“Age has given me what I was looking for my entire life—it has given me me. It has provided time and experience and failures and triumphs and time-tested friends who have helped me step into the shape that was waiting for me. I fit into me now.” ~@ANNELAMOTT

A day in the life of Connor (part 4) What's the best thing to do after having your morning walk? Cuddles and ear rubs of course! ❤️ These come a VERY close second to food as his favourite things! He is a very affectionate boy, who loves human attention. https://t.co/J9O7IXyikb

Connor is 6 years old today, he has been in our care since he was 2. That's an awfully long time in the relatively short life of a dog. Is he the most unloved dog ever? So, we are declaring this "Connor Day" Follow us for 'A day in the life of Connor'! https://t.co/IwaLMSEf1V

GOOD LUCK and THANK YOU to Laura who is running the #ManchesterMarathon today to raise pounds for our hounds! 🐾 Not content with running just one marathon for dogs in need, Laura is also running the Chicago Marathon in October! You can sponsor her here: https://t.co/fvDZwNVgBI

I'm a retired musician/teacher but, back in the day, I had another life coding mainframe training systems. So, I GOT RID OF THE DOG that is plucking our nerves. R-Click on pic of dog, Click on Inspect, R-Click on the highlighted code and then select "Hide Element." WOOF!

Stopping can be hard. It can feel scary, feel like you’re letting others down but if you don’t, you’re letting yourself down. Everyone knows what to do for self-care, we all have the answers but the courage is being firm & following them. You can do it! ✊

Rather than always doing more it’s time to stop something. Self care also means accepting who you are & not doing things that burn you out. If you don’t look after yourself you’ll become stressed, depressed & worn out. STOP ✋

Quiet improvement is not championed enough. Improvement work doesn’t need to be a big event, launch or collaborative. We can encourage flexibility, quiet, small improvement. Let people do it at their own pace. Let them improve what they want & give them space. Quiet exploration.

We were deeply saddened this morning to hear the news of Paul O'Grady's passing. A true ambassador for animal welfare, and rescue dogs in particular. Our deepest condolences to his family, friends and all those that loved him. 💔
