while 0->1 is really fun on a personal level, i find 1->100 to be the most exciting part, when you're able to share the winning experiments and they can be reproduced.

i'm careful w/ meditation as pacifying vs meditation leading to more baseline peace . lost interest can be a consequence of 'this is the place i can feel the best', but i'd test it out. if you pause it for a few days, does it stick? . meditation can be "sanctioned aversion".
ever since my meditation sittings started to get better, i’ve lost all interest in reading, writing (also writing software), designing. basically everything that i used to like. everything is so peaceful, specially with open awarenes, that i don’t feel the need to do anything.
