stop gaslighting people of color when they tell you the hiring market is rigged against them. stop saying lack of diversity is a pipeline problem or "just hiring who's best for the job". this is much bigger than whatever recruiter accidentally posted this publicly.

I’ve been working as a DEIB consultant at @Peoplisms for 4 months now and am encouraged by the number of companies who sincerely want to be more diverse, equitable, inclusive and a place where folks belong. It’s not perfect nor are leaders fully knowledgeable, but I feel hopeful.
