We demonstrate that the alterations in the MS circulating metabolome can have important functional consequences. We identify a potential mechanism to correct this imbalance to promote repair while also suppressing inflamamtion.

Out today in @MedCellPress. We show that circulating bile acid levels in MS predict brain atrophy. Also, in a phase 2a trial we demonstrate that TUDCA supplementation is safe in people with progressive MS and impacts the gut microbiome and immunophenotype.
