3. Closure of Polluting Industries. Shut down industries that don’t meet existing industrial emissions standards to lower urban emissions by a further 15%. Many such industries operate in the undocumented sector on the outskirts of @LahoreSmog.

2. Restrict vehicular emissions. Launch vehicle emission checks on a mass scale, and restrict heavy transport and commercial vehicles during the #emergency to reduce city pollution by another 15%.

1. Shut down all brick kilns. Punjab has approximately 15,000 brick kilns that burn dirty coal and plastic and tire waste. Temporarily close brick kilns to cut pollution by 15%—then implement cleaner methods for the future.
