There are 43 critically polluted industrial clusters in India. Subsequent to #EIA 2006, level of pollution has only increased in these clusters. Hence, any subsequent EIA notification should strengthen the legislation, not weaken it. @moefcc.#NoEIADilution #ScrapEIADraft2020.

Delhi’s Metro chopped down 77,000+ trees in 3 yrs, and now it’s Gurgaon’s turn to sacrifice their green cover for ‘holier than thou’ #Metro. Result: Air still toxic. Trees aren’t the problem, our blind obsession with “development” is. How many more green lungs will be traded?.
