Building-level data are often unstructured and sparse. We have adopted a dual approach: establishing collaborations with industry partners and direct data collection via web scraping. Have you identified successful pathways to overcome such challenges?

Looking outside of the UK context, many companies began to virtualise 15+ years ago but now it's enforced across the planet. "Water cooler" moments and "coffee-house" meetings show we have a need to come together to do business, says @RonenJourno. #OxfordSBS #OxfordAnswers

If organisations' mindsets shift towards only needing to commute once a week, real estate prices could rebalance, suggests @RonenJourno. Andrew Baum suggests urban hospitality's future could therefore look bright if rural workers need to stay in cities. #OxfordSBS #OxfordAnswers
