Thanks for sharing. @MDAndersonNews experience of multivisceral en bloc resection for metastatic adrenocortical carcinoma. May be an option for selected pts, but requires careful selection and should be performed by highly experienced multidisciplinary teams.

As a patient, parent, and physician (my own “3 Ps” of MEN1) I tried to impart my personal perspective to these guidelines, which I hope will be helpful to any clinicians treating the syndrome but most of all to families trying to mitigate the lifelong risk of hereditary tumors
