This year, we were delighted to welcome Dr. Timo Z. Nazari-Shafti, a cardiothoracic surgeon from Germany, to our Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Dr. Nazari-Shafti specializes in all aspects of adult cardiac surgery, with a particular focus on coronary artery bypass surgery.

This year, we welcomed another addition to the Division of Abdominal Transplantation, Ingrid Uy, FNP-C. As a nurse practitioner, she supports the liver and kidney transplant teams and continues her passion for healing and excellence in patient care within the division.
