The @OSCA_est2008 sends our thoughts and prayers to the @TTChelps #SpecialConstable injured on duty this week. His injuries are significant and could've been mitigated/prevented by modern use of force tools (CEWs). Law enforcement comes with inherent risk, the right tools matter.
