I’m Mexican and I eat rice and beans realistically, atleast twice a week. Individually, almost every day! And these foods help my gut feel better, and don’t give me tummy issues. Mainly burgers do that for me. Greasy food is felt! Chicken or pork doesn’t fall into that though
