Black women are twice as likely to be overweight, have heart attacks, develop diabetes, lupus, & hepatitis C. They also 3 times less likely to seek help for depression and anxiety as our white counterparts. So when I tell you we need holistic wellness more than anybody I mean it.

idk who needs to hear this but keep clear containers in the fridge and on your countertops. the more you see your fruits and veggies, the more likely you are to eat them before they go bad.
