In Sept the Information Commissioner's Office delivered a Decision Notice that supported a London secondary school in keeping a Relationships and Sex Education lesson hidden from parents. I am Appealing against that decision in a First Tier Tribunal. Please support my case.š.

A reminder that @Conservatives are the ONLY party standing up for women-only spaces. After the Supreme Court judgment, we shouldnāt be hearing anymore about men being put in womenās prisons. Yet here we are. As usual, Reform have not done their homework and will make a big mess.

Please, please will someone with clout prepare an Education Act s406/407 case to prove this is all unlawful Political Indoctrination?. @toadmeister canāt you build a coalition of support to achieve this? So we can get some firm precedents in court to prevent this unlawfulness?.

Very important point here; the imposition of a quasi-religious āRightsā ideology via the stealthy constitutional vandalism of New Labour (and subsequent) Govts is responsible not only for the appallingly dangerous āTransā phenomenon but much else that ails our once.
@NoSecretLessons Fantastic post. I'm guessing that "rights ideology" is also behind open borders. Advocates believe that to not allow disadvantaged people to enter the West is an infringement of their rights. As with trans ideology, they only think in abstract terms - not concrete reality.

Youād advocate caution in abandoning gender laws?!. Iād really like to know how āwhat comes nextā could possibly be worse than a law which has occasioned women to be housed in prison with rapists and children to be indoctrinated to have their body parts surgically removed?. It is.
Knowing precisely how the law is, rather than indulging in wishful thinking, gives one a more accurate target to aim for, should that be your ambition. However, a word of caution, what comes next could well be much worse.

Except I fear you do not know āprecisely what the law isā and have been unfortunately selective in focussing only on the faulty EA2010, which consigns us to a relativist legal battle on what is a clear, ethical matter - when in fact good laws exist that are more important, namely.
