This is starting to look like a stitch-up. This is exactly what happened in the Keira Bell case.
The Supreme Court has excluded two trans people who wanted to intervene in a case trying to strip them of rights they’ve held for 20 years. Instead the court will hear from a parade of organisations who are openly hostile to the rights and dignity of trans people.

This is key. The ‘belief’ that gender criticality is based upon is from the offset-in its initial conceptualisation-perjoritive. It is not a belief ‘in’ something/someone but a stance against. It is a belief in negativity and denial.
