If mr. @anandmahindra can scale a tractor business in the US with 1 enterprising sales person selling to SMB farmers in the 90s - we, in the venture startup ecosystem, are clearly getting something wrong with our US GTM approach - do hell with all the assumptions - "you

My 3 biggest takeaways from @jasonlk's @saastr 2025: 1. Someone like @kylecnorton exists. 2. Something like https://t.co/xG8cX7vyn7 can grow this fast. 3. Setting up an outbound engine for vertical SMBs is not a blackbox brute force strategy, but rather a disciplined & highly

Just launched a new feature? Just got a G2 mention? Just onboarded by a big logo? Donโ€™t just tweet or post on Linkedin. Post it on your website โ€” in a structured format. You need the LLMs to pick it up next time your buyer is asking questions about your solutions.

Have PMF but will die. Great startups are built when you solve a problem the first time or when you solve it in an unique way. Users will tell you if you've got it right or not ...with usage, retention and repeats. You solve for this and nothing else at the start - not

VCs told me services companies don't scale. Today, our average CSM manages $200K ARR (projected to hit $600K by year-end). Most services companies fail to scale for one reason: Subjectivity. โ†ณ Every client needs custom strategies from experienced (expensive) experts. So we

Hot take and reality check by @jasonlk at Saastr 2025! "Only 20% of active B2B investors of 2023 would be interested in Triple, Triple, Double, Double, Double going forward - they are all looking at $1T outcomes"

Any booth at @saastr that had AI agents written all over it was an instant turn off. The moment you ask the second degree questions at the booth - you realize the sales reps are basically selling you a lead enrichment tool but now branding it as an AI agent for sales outreach
