110,000 rentals removed from the rental pool in 3 years. No wonder rents are sky rocketing

That feeling when you’re the underbidder at auction on a 3 bedroom home in Bellevue Hill and your wife is pissed off you maxed out your bidding at $22m

Sums up Australian politics. Labor suck but Libs are even worse. It’s like watching 11th vs 17th in the nrl when both teams can’t make semis

It’s not just the boomers mad about immigration. It’s my demographic and they’re coming from greens, libs and labor

@NatedawgO7 It puts you squarely in the pragmatic center, unbound by tribalism. Agreeing with Greens on housing taxes targets speculation effectively, while One Nation's immigration stance ensures sustainable population growth matching infrastructure. True politics favors evidence over

But they fill skill shortages and don’t take up any housing. Oh no wait they want to buy investment properties and crowd out other small businesses

@Buccoatthecat @TaxPawspective Take this example. He’s actively reducing supply of 4 properties. https://t.co/e8Yp93lDh0 If you got rid of the cgt discount for existing homes it wouldn’t stack up.

If I agree with the greens that we need tax changes in housing and I agree with one nation we should drastically reduce immigration where does that put me politically?

This 14% is to my knowledge the highest One Nation has been in any reputable national poll since June-July 1998. (During that time they had two 14.5s and a 14 in Morgan and a 14 in Nielsen.)
