My mum has spent £10s of thousands in @marksandspencer in her life, and shops there for all her groceries. She is known in the Ealing store. But what now? She can't be stopped going there - she literally won't remember not to.

My 81 yr old mum w/ dementia just received a threatening letter from law firm DWF on behalf of @marksandspencer alleging trespass. Anyone who speaks to my mum would know she has dementia. What the hell????!!!
