In 2020, Susan Collins (R) carried 90% of Trump voters; Sara Gideon (D) won 75% of Biden voters. 2026 could be a tough cycle for Collins: can she rely on Trump’s base in a midterm, while all signs point to high Democratic enthusiasm?
