Busy week, started my new role with @NWAmbulance as a Duty Officer, having started a CFR back in 2013, not bad for a dyslexic lad 🙂 Then out selling Poppies for @PoppyLegion with Appleby & District Branch, my 21st year as Standard Bearer too!

I do miss volunteering with @aircadets so it was great to work along side @DurhamAcf @ArmyCadetsUK today, thanks to everyone for supporting!
Today was a different location for @NWAmb_simwal @FR_1072 Ian and @ApplebyCFRGroup and I. Supporting ACF cadets with life threatening medical emergency scenarios and Cardiac Arrests. Very impressed by the standard and management of each patient they dealt with 👏🏻

12 years ago I completed my CFR training, tomorrow makes 4 years as a Paramedic and it's over 10 years since starting as an EMT! Still the best job going, with the best people 🚑 @NWAmbulance
