A lovely little pick me up today… two of our OTs- Katie and Mufasir received a card and chocolate from a very kind patient and relative. Some real #patientcenteredcare and #mdt working demonstrated by these two- well done! @NUHTherapies

What a brilliant article on #delirium highlighting the importance of #patientexperience and continuing to improve patient centered care. Some really valuable learning and one to be shared with the rest of the team.
Working on this with @RehabLegendLou has been a privilege - space for patient narrative can only forward understanding and improve care . This piece on #Delirium is further testament to that. Thanks Lou for being a #rehablegend . Open access @yourICM 👉🏼
