BREAKING "Domestic abuse victims and care leavers under 25 to be exempt from any ‘local connection’ requirements." This will mean care leavers placed out of area and who have built lives for themselves, making new friends will no longer face downward social mobility. Care

Parliamentary Assembly @PACE_News for Council of Europe recommends Kosovan @coe membership; Serbia's apparent reaction is to stop hundreds of Kosovar citizens from passing their border with Croatia. Timed also to affect those returning from Eid/Bajram family visits.
Since the early hours of Wednesday, Serbian authorities have stranded over 300 Kosovo citizens at the border crossing with Croatia, confiscating their passports and IDs in apparent retaliation for PACE vote on Kosovo's accession to the Council of Europe.
