2/2 was when a woman was telling me about some problems in her street and I asked if she had told her local CLLR. She said ‘no, we used to have Anne McLaughlin but she’s away’ lol. (Not all that far away to be fair!) @AllanCasey89 @_AnthonyCarroll.

1/2 What a great afternoon I had in Sighthill doing the @NewRhythms0 audio assisted walk round the area. Listening to the voices of their lunch club members talking about the early days in Sighthill. Interesting to be with @CeeGraham1 who lived there for 11 years. My best moment

2/2 a budget to help with those costs. We shouldn't look at someone's income, we should look at the barriers they face & the associated costs. But next week some MPs on £90k plus who can access a disability fund will vote to take a lifeline away from others on significantly less.

1/2 I've had 2 conditions for the last few years that I hope are temp. I don't talk about it publicly & I don't want to now. But my experience has taught me that having a disability is VERY expensive. Did you know that MPs with disabilities can access . .

And this is exactly why Labour’s ‘concessions’ are really no less cruel than the original proposal.
@darren140776601 @BethRigby 2 kids same genetic condition.1 already over 16 so gets pip .The other won't transfer to pip for 2 yrs. Both need same support as have identical needs. But only eldest will be supported. Get real this the withdrawal of financial support via back door in the hope no will notice.

How is this a fair solution? So someone who develops the exact same condition as current PIP recipients next year will not get the same support & may get no support? What’s the thinking here? Don’t be in an accident /get ill /develop a disability, you’ve had your warning?.
NEW: Welfare concessions. Liz Kendall sets out compromise to MPs in letter just published. 1/ All of those currently receiving PIP will stay within the current system. Nee eligibility requirements will be implemented from Nov 2026 for new claims only. 2/All existing recipients

2/2 she asked again & noted witnesses but then allowed him a lengthy monologue about how it was Hamas’ fault . No explanation just an assertion that the shootings were their fault. No interrogation of that, just thanked him for his time! Not watched for some time & sorry I did!.

1/2 I cannot believe what I just heard from @bbclaurak - at the end of an interview with the Israeli President she FINALLY asked him to justify the 10 plus reports of Palestinians being murdered by Israeli forces as they queued for food. He said some of the 10 were unverified. So.
