Temporary lines in place for SPA – EPCT community Nursing, and Telehealth, with Neuro working as a separate line. Phlebotomy calls are down but there is access to the booking service via Switqueue for appointments. The wards are using mobile phones and families are all aware.

Phone Lines down at East Ham Care Centre. IT, BT & Telecom teams are all working together to resolve the identified issue. Specialised engineers will commence underground work- they cannot confirm how long this will take. Temporary divert lines have been set up for some services.
