There is a video showing the white SUV pushing a black "trump" truck almost into the barrier, and this the truck pushed it back - thankfully no one was injured.
The caravan surrounding the biden bus is fine so long as they are not impeding the vehicles movement on the highway

A random cyclone of wind, it's not very dangerous but for a child it could cause small abrasions. It's name comes because it kicks dirt/dust around and it disappears just as quickly as it forms 👍
