Silanyo gave Somaliland’s data to WorldBank/UN/USA/IMF, data that UN🇸🇴 needed to regain legitimacy and recognition. The last time such data was collected in Somaliland was in 1984–85,when Silanyo was a minister in UN🇸🇴. It was no coincidence, he knew exactly what he was doing.
The claim that the talks were IC-driven was debunked by Silanyo’s history that everyone kept it silent. He’d promised them since z 1990s because he never believed in Somaliland’s restoration.Bashe only spoke up after I exposed what many stayed silent about,worst president ever.
