Don’t agree with the staff move. Be innovative instead of taking the easy way out. Find an off-season business to push the labor into and hedge the slower part of the year. That brings more loyalty, better cash flow and staff know to do more than one thing.

Nothing will ever change with staying on. He walked off, and should hand in a transfer request and refuse to play again, especially after his own team acted. Football needs to really feel it for it to change, and that would've happened if the whole team would've walked off.

Crap decision for smaller clubs seeing the PL doesn't get involved until the 3rd round. That being said, more upsets will happen but will also force teams to field their best team to avoid a possible upset.
