As a long serving Y6 teacher, can I say how annoying it is when people act like Y6 is the holy grail of teaching? Like itโs some wild promotion to get in there? All year groups are hard. Y6 actually involves the least โnewโ teaching. Imagine TEACHING SOMEONE HOW TO READ!
