Have you got 10 minutes? Our latest project looks at making public transport more accessible for neurodivergent people. Open to anyone 16yrs+ in the UK who has used public transport. You do NOT need to be neurodivergent to take part.

Autistic people are systematically unemployed and underemployed. This often because of barriers and challenges that can easily be managed in a more neuroinclusive workplace. Sign up for the #NDEI this #AutismAcceptanceMonth

Hugely proud to have been part of the @Autistica team involved in the #BucklandReview. A key recommendation of the report is for companies to sign up the Neurodiversity Employers Index - NDEI

Today I'll be publishing the #BucklandReview into Autism and Employment. This is an important moment, but there is still lots of work to be done to ensure that autistic people have the employment opportunities they deserve. @DWPgovuk @Autistica

One recommendation is the Autistica Neurodiversity Employers Index (NDEI®). A tool that can help organisations identify what they're doing well and what they need to improve to attract and retain neurodivergent talent. #NDEI #Neurodiversity

Offer counselling over HRT for menopause, GPs told - why should women be offered a treatment that does not improve all symptoms nor reduce risks of diseases? CBT may have a role but not to have instead of HRT which is an evidence based treatment
