With help from your donations last year, Sarcoma UK now funds pioneering research to develop better treatments for Ewing's sarcoma - like a promising study on how 'cancer-bursting' viruses could be used to directly kill or activate the body's immune system to fight sarcoma cells.

July is sarcoma awareness month, so we're taking the time to spotlight our 2024 charity partner @Sarcoma_UK. Jessica Trant passed away at the age of 19 after being diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma, a type of sarcoma cancer that most commonly affects children and young adults.

They've made incredible progress since 2022, despite a difficult social and political climate. A highlight? Their Transcend events, designed for trans young people aged 16-19 years to develop their advocacy and campaigning skills, and more importantly, connect with each other.

Hey, tree-huggers: we've got a stunning update from @justdiggit, one of our 2023 charity partners!. Because of your support, they've made huge regreening progress: restoring 650 hectares of land, recovering 18,900 trees, sequestering 3,600 tonnes of carbon dioxide and more.
