@MichaelFullan1 Hi Michael. So much of what we are trying to do resonates with your advice to @ADEScotland last week. Have my fingers crossed that in a couple of years I hear in one of your presentations, 'not many countries get the reform process right, but Scotland had a flipping good go!' 🙂.
